Pick A Door Lock With Wire

Pick a door lock with wire.

Strip off the rubber knobs on the ends as they will only get in the way. This video is only for educational purpose never pick locks that you do not own or without permission. Fashion a lock pick using household items. You can choose to bend the tip of the wire at a slight angle.

Picking a lock with a paper clip. You can do this with your teeth or a pair of wire cutters if you have them. Then bend the last 1 8 of the pick up at a 20 degree angle. After you do this stick it into the door lock and start to play around with it.

These types of locks are very easy to get open because they have an easy turn inside to push them. First create your pick by opening out one of the bobby pins or paperclips until it is straight. Move the wire around until you hear and feel where the lock of the door is at. Bobby pins or hair pins work best but you can also use heavy duty paperclips or other stiff bits of wire.

Bend back the pin so that you have a long piece of metal wire. Cut the wire into a 3 5 inch strip. This will be your pick and is inserted into the lock and used to move the pins out of the way. Materials required you will need a small lock and a piece of thick wire.
